on the evening of Nov. 23, 2010; my mother rec'd a phone call from the above number for me, her son, John. I no longer reside with my mother. She passed that msg onto me, and stated that when she inquired as to the gentlemens name, he replied to her." I am a courier and am delivering a court summons to John." Obviously this is a scam, and is ridiculous!! Court Summons are always delivered in person.. not by phone!! Or via a third party. Reading this blog previously I noted this numjber is connected to a Pay Day Loan collection company.. I do not and have not had this kind of debt....Pure Harrassment!!

This company calls on people who have written fraudlent checks.

called my cell phone, said he was from Alliance looking for my parents, no clue who he is, called number back and said he handles accounts for capitol one
